Happy Monday everyone!  It rained for most of my weekend, so that was kind of a bummer.  I didn't exercise yesterday because of it, but that's not really a good excuse because I could have done something inside.  So, today, exercise is a must!

B: nectar protein shake
S: greek yogurt
L: leftover pork spare rib, 6 asparagus spears, 1 T bbq sauce
S: not sure yet
D: baked parmesan-crusted cod, boiled broccoli

water: half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: walk if not raining and pick one: treadmill/elliptical/workout video

S - 8 oz. coffee with fat free creamer
D - 3 oz grilled chicken with tbsp couscous
S - Jello 100 cal Temptations

Vitamins - 2 Gummy Vites, B-12 sublingual

Love the Pita Pal Pearl Couscous found in most Texas groceries.
